But, in reality, the burgundy and green in the actual rug are darker than the picture. I'm not sure if they changed the colors, or if they just edited the photo. I don't see how they could have gotten that light green from the rug they sent. Luckily, I still like it. The tone is correct for the rest of the house colors.

DeleteThat color is pretty different. Their photo is a warm red. The rug is a cool red. Glad it works anyway.
ReplyDeleteYeah, no kidding. I think I would have preferred the lighter colors, but this may be just as well with the dogs.
DeleteI heard from a sales ladies years ago that they had problems with the colors in rugs when they ordered them for customers. I am sorry you did not get the colors you wanted.
ReplyDeleteYeah, one of the perils of ordering a rug you haven't seen in person. I'm glad it still works because I would have been really disappointed to return it.
