Another Lap Quilt Finished

I just finished another lap quilt. Excuse the bad photo; I'll take a better picture after I finish the binding.

This is a train quilt for my father, who is a huge fan of trains. He frequently takes train vacations. I had this marvelous train fabric but the trains were so large they wouldn't have worked well cut into small pieces so I used this pattern from my favorite quilt pattern book, 101 Fabulous Rotary-Cut Quilts. When I realized the pattern was called The Railroad, it seemed like it was fate.
Today, I also worked on the plan for the last quilt I'm hoping to make this spring. I want to make another quilt for the master bedroom that coordinates with the blue and green stencil. For the large quilts, I usually do some planning in Electric Quilt. It's an awesome program that helps me not only figure out the layout, but also gives cutting diagrams and the amount of fabric needed.

This is the plan, but for the border, which doesn't display correctly. This is the Tuscan Stars pattern from Nancy Mahoney's Patchwork Showcase: Simple Quilts with Big Impact.
These are the William Morris reproduction prints I'm planning to use.
This is the fabric I'm planning to use for the border.
