As a reminder, here is what it looked like when we bought the house two years ago. (The colonnades were added back during our remodel.) Three of these leaded glass panels had cracks and breaks in them and needed at least some repair.
Now that they're removed, we'll probably go ahead and repair these panels too. Then we're not sure what we'll do with them. Maybe we'll stick them in the attic for the next owner of this house. Or perhaps we'll sell the set. We haven't decided.
For fun, we assembled this little stick archer dude from scrap lead came. We were obviously getting a little punchy by the end. Now maybe we can spend a couple hours celebrating by goofing off for a few hours.
The doors look fantastic!! And I love the archer dude...very clever!ReplyDelete
These are fabulous! I love Craftsman style houses. You are doing a great job restoring this treasure.ReplyDelete
