Made Another House Offer

I wanted to write about this last night, but I was just too tired. Luckily, we went to bed fairly early, because the dogs keep getting us up before 7AM. It would have been really easy to stay up late because our hosts were having a gaming night and Jeff loves to play games.

So, we made an offer on another house. Since we've had three prior offers fall through, I'm not going to get my hopes up. Especially, considering we weren't their only offer. It's just our luck, the house has been listed on the market for six months with no apparent offers, and they get one a day or two before we can finally get up here to see the house. Oh well, we'll just have to see how it goes.

Anyway, we made an offer on the house that I just love! It's not in the neighborhood I preferred, but it's a nice neighborhood nonetheless. Lots of trees and not too much traffic. I would have liked it if there was a nice park in walking distance.

I've been looking through our stuff and somehow we have misplaced the camera. I was quite sure it got packed. I think we may have to go buy another one today, because I simply cannot go looking at houses without one! Buying another camera is not a huge problem, since we had been thinking about it for a while so we both could have our own.

We'll know in a couple days whether the seller will reject our offer.

We also have another appt with the realtor on Wednesday to go looking at houses again.
